Eurovia USA is seeking a full time HR Benefits Support Admin (hourly position) to work Monday through Friday at our Headquarters office located in Winter Park, FL.
General Description
The ideal candidate for the HR Benefits Support position will have experience working in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of clerical tasks. The HR Benefits Support is responsible for various office functions and is expected to apply business knowledge and assist with day to day administrative tasks to include but not limited to the administrative process of health insurance and voluntary benefits. The HR Benefits Support Admin will also assist the Leave Program Specialist. This role requires a high level of customer support, exercising care and empathy while helping our team members with the leave of absence requests.
Key Duties
- Provides administrative support to the Benefits Manager and Leave Program Specialist.
- Assists in setting up and maintaining files for employee benefit files.
- Prepares monthly list, assembles, and mails new hire benefit packets
- Assists with open enrollment administrative tasks
- Assists employees with day-to-day basic benefits/leave information
- Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems
- Makes copies, answers phone and emails, and files incoming paperwork
- Updates company intranet with benefit/leave documents
- Prepares employee incentive reports
- Completes assigned projects independently, as needed
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- 1-2 years previous administrative, office, data entry, or clerical work experience
- Must be detailed oriented, well organized, and demonstrate excellent follow-through skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all team members, with all staff levels of the company as well as applicable vendors
- MUST have ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Ability to quickly learn vendor websites and in-house programs
- Bilingual, English/Spanish (written and oral) preferred
